Delivery Times
We pack orders daily, and they are shipped on the next business day using New Zealand Post courier with tracking. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within New Zealand.
International Shipping

Returns + Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your order. If you are not, you are welcome to return it in accordance with our Returns Policy.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all original packaging, and show no signs of use or wear.
For a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
For an exchange or store credit, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@libandlu.co.nz within the specified timeframe.
We cannot accept returns outside of these timeframes.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the safe return of items. We recommend using a tracked courier service.
Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund or exchange amount. This applies even if you received free shipping, as there is still a cost incurred by us. We may also charge for shipping exchange items to you.
Exclusions to Returns Policy
* Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
* Perishable items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
* Gift vouchers cannot be refunded once purchased. Items purchased with a gift voucher can be exchanged or credited back to a gift voucher.
Damaged/Faulty Items
Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged or faulty.
Email hello@libandlu.co.nz with your order number and attach photos. For courier damage, please notify us on the same day you receive your order.
We may ask you to return the item(s), in which case we will arrange and pay for the courier.
Once we receive and assess the item, we will replace it, offer a full refund, or provide store credit, whichever you prefer.
